"well im tab mad atm just did a 1hr 30 min instance the botanica all through the instance items useless for me got dropped i passed on them all eithen tho we all died quite alot and my fixing bill is 12g which im not complaining about near the end a Band drops which i needed badly so i clicked Need and it binded to me then someone said can i roll and well i didnt get the band some other player did and he didnt eithen need it whats the deal with this need roll. buy cheap wow gold Err, need roll is exactly what it says: people who need the item roll for it. They have priority over greed rolls, meaning greed is disregarded when there are people who needed the item. buy wow gold Pressing ""need"" is however not a guarantee that the item is yours: if someone else pressed ""need"" on the ring, you are in fact still competing against that person and can still lose the roll. Wait, I just now read your thread correctly, specifically the last sentence. I'm not sure if I understand correctly: are you saying that the player who won the roll didn't press Need. In that case, well, things like that happen all the time. When in a PuG, and actually also when in a guild instance run, it's usually best if loot rules are discussed beforehand, to avoid any nasty arguments and people leaving the group or getting kicked mid-instance, something we like to refer to as ""loot drama"". For instance, it is usually agreed to that people pass on BoP items (and blue items incidently, although I don't see the need of that particular one), so that any mistakes can be easily corrected.
